Which pests we treat
Commonly cockroaches, ants, rodents and mosquitoes. Termites are not taken on for now. Each pest behaves differently: cockroaches hide in kitchens, pipes and gaps; ants follow fixed routes to food; for rodents we first find their entry points and paths; for mosquitoes we first deal with standing water. So we ask about the situation before quoting rather than using one method for every pest.
How it works
We first find out the type of pest, where it appears and how serious it is, then arrange a site assessment or make an initial judgement from photos. Then we choose baiting, residual spraying, rodent traps or treating standing water as appropriate, and afterwards explain what to watch for and when to follow up.
Suitable premises
Homes, older buildings and village houses, as well as shops, offices, the area around restaurant back kitchens, warehouses and schools. Restaurants and other premises with strict hygiene needs require adjusted methods and timing; please mention this when you ask.
Before and after treatment
If there are children, elderly people, pets, fish tanks or pregnant women at home, please tell us in advance so we can adjust the method and arrangements. Food, tableware and pet supplies need putting away or covering before treatment; afterwards, ventilate as instructed and avoid washing treated areas for a while. Specific requirements will be explained according to the treatment used.
More effective with cleaning
Food scraps, standing water and clutter all keep pest problems going. Following pest control with deep cleaning, kitchen and bathroom cleaning or clearing junk reduces the chance of pests coming back. Cleaning and pest control can be booked together and followed up by the same company.

Limits
If the source is a neighbour's flat, shared pipes or a building structure problem, treatment inside your flat alone may not solve it completely, and you may need to talk to the management office or landlord.

Is one treatment enough?▾
It depends on the type and severity of the infestation. For mild cases, one treatment followed by observation may be enough; heavier infestations or breeding sources usually need follow-up.
When can I go back home after treatment?▾
It depends on the treatment used. We'll explain before treatment how long to stay out and ventilate; please follow those instructions.
Can it be done with children or pets at home?▾
Tell us about your household first and we'll adjust the method and precautions. Fish tanks, bird cages and pet supplies need special handling or moving away temporarily.
How is it charged?▾
By the flat's saleable area. The base price and add-ons are in the price list, and you see the total as soon as you choose. Homes can use promo codes and get member discounts and early-bird offers based on membership and booking date. Serious infestations or unusual areas are assessed and confirmed first.
Why do you sometimes need to see the site first?▾
Because where the pests are and how serious it is strongly affect the method. For example, where the cockroach nest is, where rodents get in, and whether there's standing water all need checking to treat accurately.
Can it be done together with deep cleaning?▾
Yes. Cleaning and pest control can be booked together; we generally recommend treating the pests first, then cleaning.
