What we can do
- Office and shop cleaning: 2-hour or 8-hour on-site cleaners charged monthly, plus one-off deep cleaning.
- Cleaning: hourly cleaning, pre-move-in cleaning, post-renovation cleaning.
- Moving: office and shop relocation.
- Furniture disposal: for homes and businesses.
- WhatsApp account support: help with banned company WhatsApp / WhatsApp Business accounts, business verification and login problems; published price HK$2,500.
What's included for organisations?
- Contract rates: agreed by location, area and frequency, with no need to re-quote each time.
- Monthly billing and statements: monthly billing can be arranged, with a monthly service statement (purchase order numbers can be included).
- Volume discounts: discussed according to service volume.
- Dedicated contact: one point of contact for scheduling and issues.
- Insurance: employees' compensation insurance (underwritten by QBE Hongkong & Shanghai Insurance Limited), limit of indemnity HK$200,000,000, covering anywhere in Hong Kong; exact cover and terms are as stated in the policy.
- Service records and reports: contract organisations can discuss records and reports to their requirements.

This can be discussed. Organisation customers can agree the scope, frequency and rates by contract and arrange monthly billing; actual payment terms are as stated in the quote or contract confirmed by both parties.
Yes. Organisation customers can receive a monthly service statement listing service dates, items and amounts; if you need a purchase order (PO) number on it, please mention it when you enquire.
Yes. Regular cleaning (e.g. weekly or monthly) can be agreed by location, area and service times; see the on-site plans on the office cleaning page.
We have public promises: transparent prices, extra work on site only with the customer's agreement, and complaints followed up within one working day. See our "How we do business" and "Complaints" pages.
Service is available in Hong Kong only (Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories); areas outside Hong Kong are not served for now.
