From registering to getting paid, in 4 steps
Shane Services partners don't do any moving or cleaning themselves; you just share your own link. Once the customer's service is completed, you earn commission on the amount they actually paid.
1Register for free
Go to thepartner referral programmeand enter your name, Hong Kong phone number and role. Once approved, you'll receive an SMS with:
- Your referral code (format PT-XXXXX)
- Your own referral link
- A link to your private commission page (please don't forward it)
2Create your link, poster and share message
Go back to the"share kit"on the programme page, enter your referral code and tap \"Create link and poster\". You can copy the link, download a QR code poster, or copy a ready-made message and adjust it to your own style. Your commission page also has share templates with your link already filled in.
4Check orders and commission
Open the private commission page from your SMS to see this month's completed orders, total commission and bonuses, orders in progress and monthly breakdowns. Customer details are not shown. If you've lost the link, go to thepartner commission pageand enter your registered phone number; the system will SMS you a new link and the old one stops working immediately.

FAQ
How is commission calculated?
On the amount the customer actually paid. Moving, cleaning and demolition are counted together for the month's completed orders, and that number decides the percentage for all of that month's orders. For example, if 5 orders are completed in a month totalling HK$10,000 paid, the commission is 8%, i.e. HK$800.
When do I get paid?
Commission counts towards the month the customer's service is completed and is paid on the 15th of the following month. Commission on refunded, cancelled or disputed orders may be adjusted.
How does the first-3-orders bonus work?
Within 60 days of approval, for each of your first 3 completed orders where the customer paid at least HK$900, you get an extra HK$80, up to HK$240 per partner. The bonus is paid with your commission.
Do I get commission on my own orders?
No. Orders placed with your own phone number don't get your partner discount and don't earn commission.
Do I get commission for recruiting other partners?
Yes, one level only. Use the partner invite link on your commission page to invite a friend to register; inviting itself pays nothing. For 12 months after your friend is approved, you get 2% of the amount paid on the orders they bring in and complete, paid on the 15th of the following month. Disposal, special cleaning and orders where you are the customer don't count. These orders don't count towards your own tier, people your friend invites earn you nothing, and there is no base salary.
I asked for a new link but didn't get the SMS. What should I do?
Make sure you entered your registered phone number. Each partner can only receive one link every 10 minutes, so wait a little and try again; if it still doesn't arrive, WhatsApp 9229 5999.
Can I leave at any time?
Yes. There's no minimum number of referrals, no contract lock-in and no penalties.
